Program Manager - Technology / IT
As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of strategic AI products and platformsfrom product planning and roadmap definition to engineering execution, customer rollout, and continuous improvement. You will work directly with leadership, product teams, engineering managers, AI researchers, customers, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define execution strategies, monitor product health, and ensure timely delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing LLM architectures with engineers, business priorities with leadership, and customer requirements with enterprise clients.

Job Description
Product Strategy & Product Management
Collaborate with leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and long-term technology strategy.
Convert business requirements into well-defined product features and technical deliverables.
Own product lifecycle management from ideation to production release.
Gather and prioritize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
Define Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, feature specifications,
and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical
feasibility.
Drive feature planning for AI products, enterprise platforms, and SaaS offerings.
Technical Program Management
Lead multiple cross-functional technical programs simultaneously.
Own execution of complex AI and software engineering initiatives.
Define program goals, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
Coordinate engineering efforts across backend, frontend, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA teams.
Manage interdependencies between multiple engineering workstreams.
Identify execution risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Ensure alignment between engineering execution and business objectives.
Project Management
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and milestones.
Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
Track project progress and remove execution bottlenecks.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure predictable delivery with measurable outcomes.
Monitor engineering velocity, sprint health, and delivery metrics.
AI & Technical Leadership
Partner with Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Managers, and Technical Leads to drive the successful execution of engineering initiatives.
Develop a strong understanding of the product architecture, system design, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycle to effectively manage technical programs.
Coordinate development across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI, DevOps, QA,
Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Facilitate technical discussions to identify dependencies, risks, implementation strategies, and delivery milestones.
Work with engineering teams to estimate effort, prioritize technical debt, and balance feature development with platform stability.
Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, release processes, and quality benchmarks are followed across projects.
Monitor technical progress, resolve cross-team blockers, and ensure alignment between engineering execution and business priorities.
Support architecture reviews and design discussions by driving decision-making, documentation, and stakeholder alignment without being directly responsible for solution design.
Coordinate product releases, production deployments, and post-release monitoring in collaboration with Engineering and DevOps teams.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud platforms, and
enterprise software practices to make informed program and product decisions, without requiring deep hands-on expertise.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, AI Research, Design, QA, Security, DevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership.
Foster collaboration across distributed technical teams.
Drive decision-making through structured discussions and data-backed insights.
Facilitate executive reviews and program governance meetings.
Customer & Business Engagement
Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and product requirements.
Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in solution discussions, product demonstrations, and strategic customer
meetings.
Support pre-sales and post-sales teams during enterprise implementations.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
Define release plans and deployment strategies.
Coordinate UAT, production rollout, and post-release monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Establish measurable KPIs for product success and engineering efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- MBA, M.Tech, or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Experience working in AI, SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or Platform Products.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile product development. Required Competencies
