Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design and Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and map them to CoRover’s offerings.
- Design customized AI solutions that align with the client’s business needs and goals.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions to showcase the value of CoRover’s AI solutions.
- Address technical queries and concerns raised by clients, ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to instill trust in CoRover’s capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
- Provide feedback from clients to refine and enhance CoRover’s product offerings.
• Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the AI and conversational AI domains.
- Present insights to internal teams to align strategies with market demands.
• Training and Enablement:
- Train the sales team on technical aspects of CoRover’s products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a repository of technical content, such as FAQs, white papers, and case studies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering, preferably in the AI or SaaS domain.
- Strong knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and demonstrations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs.
- Experience with tools and platforms for AI and conversational solutions is a plus (e.g., TensorFlow, Dialog flow, GPT models).
