Full Stack Developer

Were looking for a high-impact Full Stack Developer who enjoys building modern, scalable web applications and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. This role is frontend-strong, backend-capable, and ideal for someone with a high learning velocityif youre strong in any one modern frontend framework, we trust your ability to pick up others quickly.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship intelligent, user-centric experiences and help build AI-powered features from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Work extensively with Angular, React, or Next.js (expertise in any one is sufficient).
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate on AI integrations and intelligent workflows.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retros).
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and quality.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with Angular OR React OR Next.js.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new frameworks and tech stacks.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with responsive design and component-based architectures.

Backend

• Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS / Fastify or similar).
• Experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.

AI & Python

• Working knowledge of Python, especially for AI or data-driven integrations.
• Experience integrating AI APIs or working with LLM-based systems.

Problem Solving

• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Developer Productivity

• Comfortable with vibe coding and AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on usage or strong familiarity with tools like:
• Cursor
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Antigravity
• V0 or similar AI developer tools

Good to Have (AI & Conversational Apps)

• Background in AI/ML engineering or applied AI product development.
• Experience building conversational applications, such as:
• Chatbots
• AI assistants
• Voice bots or IVR systems
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLM integrations
• Prompt engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Conversation state management and context handling
• Familiarity with conversational platforms (e.g., WhatsApp bots, web chat widgets, Slack/Teams bots).
• Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, or conversation analytics.
