Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive, with a primary focus on Administration, to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting basic accounting and finance activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, vendor management, and administrative ownership.

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and overall workplace operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, travel, and logistics.
  • Handle procurement, asset management, inventory tracking, and vendor documentation.
  • Maintain office records, contracts, bills, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an administrative perspective.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, office events, and general administrative requirements.
  • Act as the single point of contact for admin-related queries across teams.
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Maintain basic accounting records and support finance during audits and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and administrative controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Admin / Office Management / Accounts support.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and vendor coordination.
  • Basic understanding of accounts, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
